When will you deliver the parcel?
We ship orders everyday (Monday – Friday) Except Public Holidays. Kindly expect a delay during release day as it will affect the usual time frame. You will get a notification once we shipped out your parcel. Track your parcel here
We charge a standard flat rate regardless how many pieces you purchase 🙂

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedure below:
- Send us an e-mail to admin@bokittapinfree.com explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, contact number, address and your order number.
- After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn, NEW and in their original packaging/tags and must be shipped within three days upon receiving the product.
