What is your exchange and returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product, or the size doesn’t suit you, you may return it back to us. We accept exchanges within 5 days upon received your parcel. Kindly return to us in a NEW and UNWORN condition. We don’t accept prewashed or worn items.
Sale items are strictly non refundable and non exchangeable.
After receiving the returned parcel, we will inform you on how you’d like to exchange or we will refund your money by store credit. Currently we do not offer cash refunds for our products, however we do allow exchange of the items if there is any defect in our items. We do try to make sure that we give the best of quality and we carry out quality control on our items.
What should I do when I receive a defect item/wrong item/missing item?
If you are not satisfied with our item due to stitching or any defects, kindly return back the item within 5 days upon received provided it is unworn, tag is still intact, NEW and in good condition.
How do we exchange the items?
