Return Items

We hope to give the best service in all possible ways for our beloved customers and to make sure that you are getting non defective items, but in the case that there is any : –

We accept returned item(s) that is delivered to us within 5 days. SALE ITEMS are non-refundable/exchangeable. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedure below:

• 1. Send us an e-mail to explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, contact number, address and your order number

• 2. After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn and in their original packaging.

If you wish to return the item without exchanging design (refund) we will charge a process fee of 10% from the price.

The item I like is sold out on the web. Do you restock items?
If we have the stock at our store or at our warehouse we will restock the items. Just email or let us know if there are any particular designs that you want

Can you let me know when an item has been restocked?
Unfortunately, we are unable to update individuals on restock (except in certain circumstances). We will update our website/FB/instagram regularly if there is any restock. Do follow us and subscribe to keep yourself updated.

How do i track my order?

Once processed, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please make sure that your email add is correct. You won’t be receiving your tracking number if your email address is wrong.

How do we wash our Bokitta scarves?
All our products have washing instructions attached. Bokitta scarves should be washed with similar colours. You may handwash in warm water, preferably with a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry under direct sunlight. You can iron at low to medium heat (chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth in between).
