1. I am not in Malaysia. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, apart from local shipping to West and East Malaysia, we also provide shipping to countries all over the world. Kindly email us at admin@bokittapinfree.com for the shipping rates.
2. How much do I have to pay for shipping/delivery?
Local Delivery (Malaysia)
Local rates are standard of RM 8 to Semenanjung Malaysia, RM 12 to Sabah and Sarawak.
Free Shipping for orders above RM 300 WM / RM 400 EM
International Delivery
International shipping costs varies – the options and pricing will be emailed to you before you make a purchase
3. I am not in Malaysia. Will I be charged for customs/taxes?
Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local custom office for current charges before you order, so you will not be surprised by these extra charges when your item arrives.
4. My payment was successful. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
Local Delivery (Malaysia)
We will pack and deliver your parcel to our courier partners within 1-2 working days. Unless under certain circumstances we can’t deliver on time due to massive orders. You can expect it to arrive at your door step within 2-3 working days. Otherwise, you may also track your parcel with the tracking number given and liaise with the courier company.
International Delivery
We have several options for international courier service – each with different service charge and delivery timing. These options will be given to you upon placing your order.
