When will you deliver the parcel?
We will ship all items on the same day if payment received by 10am (Except on public holidays and sale period might have a slight delay). Otherwise we will ship your items on the next working day. Kindly expect a delay during release day as it will affect the usual time frame. You will get a notification once we shipped out your parcel. Our delivery days are Monday to Friday only.
We charge a standard flat rate regardless how many pieces you purchase 🙂
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedure below:
- Send us an e-mail to email@example.com explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, contact number, address and your order number.
- After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn, NEW and in their original packaging/tags and must be shipped within three days upon receiving the product.

- Sale items are non refundable and non exchangeable
- NOTE : During RMO period please expect a delay in deliveries. Some items can be shipped within the next day, some we may have to process from our stores. All orders from our stores will be posted once a week. In this difficult time, we hope all our customers understand our situation, sit back and relax, you will get your parcel soon. 🙂
